Suggested oral stimulators?

Does anyone have any oral stimulators they could recommend? I have been having trouble achieving on my own solo time and have never used a toy before, so I really don't know where to start. I'm not interested in anything penetrative and really don't want to spend gobs of money on a vibrator if I'm not going to use the whole thing. Your advice is appreciated; thanks!
