When to spay an XXL breed?

Most vets charge by the weight of the dog when spaying. So I'd talk to your vets (or a few) and get a general idea of when to spay the very large breeds. I don't know if spaying early will affect their growth. You might want to contact some Mastiff breeders and ask them about the best time/age to spay her.
