Which Charlot painted this?

I have a piece of art that appears to be a pastel on paper of two 18th century ballet dancers, male and female. The name in the corner appears to be "Charlot". In researching the name I've come across at least 8 artists with that last name. Of the ones I've been able to view the work of none of them seem to be the right one. Does anyone out there know which Charlot this is?
