Does anyone experience the same pain when taking a pill?

Before i take my nightly pill 100mg of zoloft, i feel perfectly fine. I take the pill with water or any other non alcoholic drink i may have near me. sometimes after i take the pill i get this pain, feels like heart burn, in my throat and down through my chest, where you would experience heartburn. Its extremely painful and i don't understand what causes it. PLEASE HELP!
