Mild Lower Back and Tailbone Pain?

i have the same problem chronic lower back pain for 23 yrs went to dr i have 2 herniated discs hurts in lower back,down the left leg, my back can go out just by bending over and i'm out of commission for about a month i would go see a dr to be on the safe side
