All of my computer has sound, except for my internet. How do i fix it.?

All sounds from the internet are not played. Youtube, facebook, yahoo. No sound for any of it. But i can play itunes, and all my system sounds work. I went through tools-internet options-advanced-enable sound. Even that didnt work. I just want to listen to charlie sheen sound stupid.
