I need help figuring out what this dream means!?

ok so last night I had a dream that I really wanna know the significance of.. so I was at dunkin donuts and my crush pulled up in the car behind us. I looked out the window and he was running up a hill so i followed him and he stood here nd we talked for awhile. he had a sled with him but told me I couldn't use it because I was a girl and if I did I would lose my thumb. needless to say, I went sledding on his sled and lost my thumb. random dream I know, I also heard if you lose mobility of your thumb in a dream it means lonliness which would be weird if true considering it happened with my crush haha.. any help on figuring this out would be great :) thanks for reading..
