What the can I do? This pain is unbearable?

I wonder why they didn't give you stronger pain killers in the first place? I would call the nurses line or doctor and ask that question. Ask if there is a medical reason for the procedure you had that requires you to have weak pain killers. Some stronger ones may increase risk of bleeding, etc., so I'd start off by giving them the benefit of the doubt and ask the question. If there is no legitimate reason, I'd request stronger meds. If the nurse gives you attitude, ask for the head nurse/supervisor. If you get nowhere, schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor. Are you in more pain now than before? If so, point that out when you talk to them. I hope you start feeling better soon. Good luck!
