Does my dad about me anymore?

My mum and dad broke about 4 years ago now. Both of them have now re-married, it was my that broke up with my mum. I still dislike him for that for upsetting me and my mum like that. I live with my mum whilst my dad lives quite far away in chesterfield with his new family which is my new stepmom and new halfbrother. A just can't help it. Sometimes feeling very jealous wish I didnt. Because I feel as if they get all the time in the world with my dad why me and mi sid hardly ever see him anymore. We only get to see our dad everyother weekend as he works alot of the time? How can I stop feeling jealous and why isn't our dad making the effort with us we don't even get a phone call. Help please.
